PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, NJ.S. 40:4-58 provides for the transfer of surplus funds fTom one account
to the other during the last two months of the calendar year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough ofCarteret
that transfers be made in the Boroughs' 2006 budget appropriations in accordance with
the following schedule:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately:
