"RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF VARIOUS
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSES FOR
THE 2006-2007 LICENSE TERM"
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Beverages", as
amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the Governing Body of the
Borough of Cartcret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, an application has been
made by each of the undersigned in due and proper foml and have paid the necessary fees
therefore; and
\VHERJ<:AS, the applications have been reviewed and no objections have been made for
the renewal of said licenses.
NOW, THJ<:REFORE, BE IT Al"D IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that a
Plenary Retail Consumption License is granted and issued to the establishments listed
below:
LICENSE # 1201-33-029-006 held by Gioacchino Rivetti
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage License to each of the applicants listed
ahove, in accordance with the applications heretofore made and approved, having said
Alcoholic Beverage Control Licenses become effective December 19, 2006 and to expire
June 30, 2007; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be
fOtwarded, with original applications and proper fees, to the State of New Jersey,
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New
Jersey 08625-0087.
