RESOLUTION NO. 02 -4113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING THE CONGESTION
MANAGEMENT MITIGATION FEE FOR COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 78 -472, the following fees are hereby
established for the Community Development Department:
Congestion Management Mitigation $55.00 per credit
(based upon the traffic generation factor for the number of trips)
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2002.

by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of August,
2002, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman - Souder, Wilson, Vizcarra, Gillanders
NOES: Councilman -None
ABSENT: Councilman -Zovak
