AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF BIDS AND CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS FOR CERTAIN REMEDIATION SERVICES AT THE NEW
PUBLIC WORKS SITE
WHEREAS, the Borough is in need of certain remediation services at the new
Public Works Site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Calieret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that CME
Associates is hereby authorized to prepare bid and contract documents for the
needed remediation services at the new Public Works Site, and, together with the
Borough's Purchasing DepaJiment, solicit fonnal bids for said work, all in
accordance with applicable law.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 2006
And certified as a true copy of the
Original on December 20,2006.
