AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECT ON 8-28
OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
REGARDING LOADING ZONES
WHEREAS,Section 8-28,Schedule of Loading Zones,ofthe Greencastle City Code lists the designated loading zones
on streets within the City of Greencastle; and

NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the Cit}�I of Greencastle that Section 8-28,Schedule of
Loading Zones, of the Greencastle City Code be amended to read as follows:
Schedule of Loading Zon4s
Street Location of Loading Zone
Franklin Street One(1)space on the north side immediately west of Indiana Street
Jackson Street One(1)space on the west side immediately south of Franklin Street
Walnut Street One (1) space, sixty (60) feet long, on the north side, from the alley and driveway east of
Jackson Street to Indiana Street.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Gre ncastle Common Council and its approval by
the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana this I D- day of
