AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 8-30.AND 8-31 OF THE
GREENCASTLE CITY CODE REGA><RDING
SCHEDULE OF RESERVED HANDICAP PA NG SPACES
WHEREAS,Section 8-30 of the Greencastle City Code list the on-street reserved handicap
parking spaces within the City of Greencastle;
WHEREAS, Section 8-31 of the Greencastle City Code lists the reserved handicap parking spaces
within City of Greencastle Municipal Parking Lots; and,
WHEREAS,the City wishes to amend and add to Sections 8-30 and 8-31 of the Greencastle
City Code.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Coun it of the City of Greencastle that
„;;,.,Section 8-30,Schedule of On-Street Reserved Handicap Parking S aces,and Section 8-31,Schedule
of Reserved Handicap Parking Spaces in Municipal Parking Facili ies are hereby amended to read as
follows:
1. Section 8-30 Schedule of On-Street Reserved Handicap Parking Spaces
Street Location of Reserved Handi p Parking Spaces
AMEND:
Larabee Street Two(2)spaces located on the north side,30 feet west of the circle
ADD:
Locust Street One(1)space located on the west side,north of Elm Street.
DELETE:
Vine Street Two(2)spaces in the Vine Str et Parking Lot located at the
southwest corner and One(1) arking space
located at the northeast corner of the parking lot.
2. Section 8-31 Schedule of Reserved Handicap Parking Spaces in Municipal Parking
Facilities.
The following reserved handicap parking spaces shall be added:
Vine Street Two(2)spaces in the Vine Str et Parking Lot located at the
Parking Lot southwest corner and One(1) arking space
located at the northeast corner f the parking lot.
Jackson Street One(1)space on the south sid of the parking lot and two(2)
Parking Lot spaces in the northeast corner of the parking lot.
Market Street Two(2)spaces at the northeas corner of the parking lot.
Parking Lot
Columbia Street Two(2)spaces at the west en• of the parking lot on either side
Parking Lot of the drive.
City Hall Two(2)spaces at the northwest corner of the parking lot.
Parking Lot
Banner Graphic One(1)space on the south sid of the lot.
All other terms and conditions of Sections 8-30 and 8-31 not sp cifically amended herein
shall remain in full force and effect.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,Indiana this
