Minutes
December 18, 2012 7:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor Murray called the meeting to order at 7 :00 PM; upon roll by Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Jinsie Bingham, Mark
Hammer, Terry Smith, and Phyllis Rokicki. Absent: Adam Cohen.
II. Public Petitions and Comments — None
III. Special Requests - None
IV. Old Business
A. Ordinance 2012 -16 — An Ordinance Re- Establishing Election Districts For
The City of Greencastle, Indiana, Putnam County
Motion was made by Mark Hammer to accept Ordinance 2012 -16 (Second
Reading) as presented, second by Jinsie Bingham, 4 -0, motion carried.
B. Ordinance 2012 -17- An Ordinance Amending Section of the Greencastle
City Code Regarding Traffic and Parking
Motion was made by Mark Hammer to table Ordinance 2012 -17 (Second
Reading), second by Terry Smith, 4 -0, motion carried.
C. Resolution 2012 -30 End of Year Transfers- Motion was made by Terry
Smith to accept Resolution 2012 -30 as presented, second by Phyllis
Rokicki, 4 -0, motion carried.
D. Resolution 2012 -31 Resolution Authorizing Negotiations to Resolve
Homelessness in Greencastle, Indiana.- Motion was made by Terry
Smith to accept Resolution 2012 -31 as presented, second by Phyllis
Rokicki, 4 -0, motion carried.
V. Adjournment
Motion was made by Jinsie Bingham to adjourn the meeting at 7:30
