unless work has begun within six months of the date of issuance.

Dear Mr. Mackey:
This letter is to request your attention to the property listed above. The condition of the property and
the structure is considered to be a nuisance. There have been a number of attempts to contact you
by phone (441 - 6808), messages left with no return calls.
On March 1, 2007 Permit # 07 -0082 was issued to you for "Tear -Out /Discovery" of the structure.
This work has been performed on the structure, but there has been no further action. Property
remains unkempt and the structure open. Complaints from the neighborhood include seeing raccoons
and rodents going in and out of the structure. This also allows the weather to add to the problems
with the safety of the structure to be considered also.
This letter is notice that you as the owner of the property need to maintain the grounds and keep the
grass cut, along with the security of the structure by closing and boarding windows and doors to
make the structure inaccessible and safe.
You are requested to contact this office upon receipt of this notice, so these issues can be addressed
and complied with. Failure to comply will result in further action taken against you and the property.
