A RESOLUTION APPROVING ATTORNEY FEES
FOR LITIGATION .
:''''"N WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle has been named as the
Defendant in the following civil actions:
Mews.
Mary Dean v. Ernie Newby, Jim Hendricks and the
City of Greencastle
Cause No. IP-87-1051-C
U.S. District Court
Edwin B. Coyner and Betty J. Coyner v. City of Greencastle
Cause No. 67C01-8801-CP-27
Putnam Circuit Court.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Indiana, that Larry J. Wilson, as City
Attorney, is hereby authorized to file his Appearance in the
above causes of action and shall be compensated at his hourly
rate of Ninety Dollars ($90.00) per hour for all work incurred in
regard to said litigation. Further, that said payments shall be
based upon itemized time billings submitted on a monthly basis
and shall be paid from the litigation account.
PASSED AND RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GREENCASTLE THIS Q TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1988.
