A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY FEES
FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

WHEREAS, Larry J. Wilson, as attorney for the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, has provided legal services to the Mayor's
Industrial Advisory Commission, the Mayor of Greencastle, and the
Common Council of the City of Greencastle in regard to economic
development activities; and,
WHEREAS, such services have included the negotiation of
contracts with new industries, annexation of industrial sites,
establishment of Economic Revitalization Areas, and other
necessary legal services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commom Council of the
City of Greencastle, Indiana, as follows:
1. That the City of Greencastle compensate Larry J. Wilson
for legal services in regard to economic development at the rate
of Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per hour for all work prior to
January 1, 1988, and at the rate of Ninety Dollars ($90.00) per
hour for all work incurred after January 1, 1988. Further, that
such payments shall be paid from the Industrial Development fund
subject to approval of the Citizens Advisory Commission for
Industrial Development pursuant to I.C. 36-7-13-6(c) . Further,
that said attorney shall submit itemized time billings on a
monthly basis.
PASSED AND RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
