Change to read: "Jon disagreed with using the NRPA median in the plan and stated that the ratio should include privately owned open space accessible to the public because the CPC could consider proposals from the owners of private open space." Mark proposes the following amendments: Section 5, at end of first paragraph add: "Mark reviewed the comments by Anne Fitzpatrick regarding land acquisition, by Bob Shea regarding length of time for application decisions, and Deborah Peterson regarding potential underrepresentation in the public engagement process of voices supporting affordable housing. Mark noted that Anne and Bob's comments had been answered at the public hearing and did not make necessary any changes to the draft plan. While Deborah's experiences during door to door canvassing for initial CPA passage in Watertown are noteworthy, the CPC plan process should reflect what was actually voiced by the public during the planning process."
