A RESOLUTION TO FUND THE COMPLETION AND REPAIR OF TILE 5th STRF1 STORM SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the FIFTH STREET STORM SEWER PROJECT has not yet been completed; and
WHEREAS, the area located on Fifth Street and the area on 240 East is constantly
""". being flooded and this presents a detriment both to residences and businesses located
in that area; and
WHEREAS, the cost of repair, salvage and completion of the FIFTH STREET STORM
SEWER PROJECT would be $40,000.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Greencastle Common Council approve the
expenditure of up to $40,000.00 from interest from the Industrial Development Fund
monies.
Passed and resolved by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
special meeting this 28th day of July, 1988.
