RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL
/N, APPROPRIATION FOR LOCAL LAW
ENFORCEMENT CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND
WHEREAS, the Common Council of City of Greencastle, by and
through its Clerk-Treasurer, has caused a Notice To Taxpayers Of
Additional Appropriations containing notice of a public hearing
to be held at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City
of Greencastle, Indiana, which notice was duly published in the
Greencastle Banner-Graphic on September 30, 1988, and on
October 7, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council having conducted its hearing at
a regular meeting as set forth in said Notice, held on the llth
day of October, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Miller Education
Center, 522 Anderson Street, Greencastle, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, has determined at said public hearing that an extra-
ordinary emergency exists and that there is an immediate need to
appropriate additional funds to the Local Law Enforcement
Continuing Education Fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the ,
City of Greencastle, Indiana, as follows:
1. That the following additionl appropriation is proposed:
LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND:
Officer Training Materials $759.00
2. That the Clerk-Treasurer file a certified copy of this
Resolution with the Putnam County Auditor.
