A RESOLUTION DECREASING CERTAIN
APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 1988 BUDGET
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, ) Indiana,
hereby authorizes the following decreases in appropriations
within the 1988 budget:
GENERAL FUND
Board of Works Department
Account 200 -- Supplies
Original Appropriation: $ 25,000.00
Decrease: $ 10,000.00
Remaining Appropriation: $ 15,000.00
Fire Department
Account 100 -- Personal Services
Original Appropriation: $197,148.28
Decrease: $ 13,000.00
Remaining Appropriation: $184,148.28
Account 300 -- Other Services and Charges
Original Appropriation: $ 63,400.00
Decrease: $ 27,000.00
Remaining Appropriation: $ 36,400.00
PARK FUND
Account 200 -- Supplies
Original Appropriation: $ 7,200.00 •
Decrease: $ 3,445.00
Remaining Appropriation: $ 3,755.00
Account 300 -- Other Services and Charges
Original Appropriation: $ 13,101.00
Decrease: $ 3,000.00
Remaining Appropriation: $ 10,101.00
Account 400 -- Capital Outlay
Original Appropriation: $ 8,000.00
Decrease: $ 3,555.00
Remaining Appropriation: $ 4,445.00
Said decreases in appropriations within the 1988 budget
totalling Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) .
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify this decrease in
appropriations within the 1988 budget for the City of Greencastle
to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a copy of this resolution
at said office.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle at a special meeting this 24th day of October, 1988.
