Consideration of Bids, Contracts, Agreements and Expenditures
Add the 8th Street and Middle North Beach cross-walks to the budget for an estimated cost of $47,000 for both reconstructions. Explanation: Requires a budget adjustment of $47,000
from 100-9000-61-1000 (Contingency) to 100-6125-54-2105 (Beach Related – Capital – Misc.) Current contingency balance before proposed adjustment: $191,433.58. Budget Line Item: 100-6125-54-2105
Request for approval of Service Agreement Contract with Incode, the City’s Financial Software Service provider to create another financial system data base with a cost not to exceed
$30,000.00. Budget Line Item: 100-1510-52-1300.
Request for approval for contract labor for services with CPA to assist with analysis of accounts, audit, preparation and software data base conversion for contract costs not to exceed
