A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BETWEEN CLASSIFICATIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS IN THE
1988 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-18-6, hereby authorizes transfers of
appropriations within classifications of the following depart-
ments between the 1988 Budget of Greencastle Civil City:
DEPARTMENT - CLERK-TREASURER
$187.00 from CT200 Office Supplies to CT300 Legal
Publications.
DEPARTMENT - COMMON COUNCIL
$500.00 from CC300 Insurance to CC200 City Hall Supplies.
DEPARTMENT - PARKING METER
$420.00 from PM300 Equipment Repair to PM200 Postage.
DEPARTMENT - MVH STREET DEPARTMENT
$2,500.00 from MVH200 Storm Sewer Tile to MVH400 Equipment
Purchase.
$5,625.00 from MVH200 Street Materials to MVH300 Tree and
Stump Removal.
DEPARTMENT - PARK DEPARTMENT
$200.00 from Park 300 Land Insurance to Park 100 Health
Insurance.
DEPARTMENT - POOL
$510.00 from Pool 300 Spring Plumbing to Pool 200
Chlorine/Soda Ash.
$55.00 from Pool 300 Spring Plumbing to Pool 100 Social
Security.
$190.00 from Pool 300 Spring Plumbing to Pool 100 Pool Party
Payroll.
$445.00 from Pool 300 Spring Plumbing to Pool 100 Lifeguard
Wages.
DEPARTMENT - CEMETERY DEPARTMENT
$2,000.00 from Cem 300 Insurance to Cem 100 Salaries.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
hereby finds:
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for
necessary expenditures in the year 1988.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more
money from the total amount set out in the budget as finally
,�,, determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the
Putnam County Auditor by filing a copy of this resolution at said
office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle this 13th day of December, 1988.
