3. Election of Chairperson and Vice Chair
Toni Halgren was nominated Chairperson, Barry Young was nominated vice chair.
Young moved, and Neibauer seconded the motion to approve Toni Halgren the
Chairperson. Motion carried: 5-0.
Vandernail moved, and Neibauer seconded the motion to approve Barry Young the
Vice-Chair. Motion carried: 5-0.
4. Approval of Agenda
Vandernail moved, and Vandernail Young seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 5-0.
5. Discussion of the Purpose and Role of the Public Arts Committee
Discussion of the Purpose and Role of the Economic Development Advisory Committee
(EDAC).
TM Durbin outlined the vision for the committee to the group.
