1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
Chairperson Halgren called the meeting to order at 9:05 p.m.
2. Approval of Agenda:
Young moved, and Neibauer seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried: 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – July 26, 2016
Moved to September meeting.
4. Discussion on Background and Baseline Information:
TM Durbin outlined the budget and budget message for the Committee. Discussion
regarding the need for housing and its impact on the economy was held.

Neibauer moved, and Clark seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 4-0.
