A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING THE BOND FUND
FOR "PARKING SINKING FUND-- PROJECT 1966"
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle did
establish by Ordinance 1966-10 a fund designated as the Bond Fund
for "Parking Sinking Fund -- Project 1966"; and
WHEREAS, IC 36-1-8-5 requires that whenever the purposes of
a tax levy has been fulfilled and an unused and encumbered
balance remains in the funds that the balance of that fund be
transferred to the general fund of the municipality.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GREENCASTLE, PUTNAM COUNTY, INDIANA, THAT:
1. The Bond Fund for "Parking Sinking Fund -- Project
1966" be dissolved and any remaining funds be transferred to the
general fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
