A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY TRANSFER
.AN, FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE POLICE PENSION FUND
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, pursuant to I.C.
36-1-8-4, hereby authorizes the temporary transfer of Six-Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the General Fund to the Police Pension Fund, said amount to
be repaid to the General Fund on or before December 31, 1989.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby finds:
1. The transfer is necessary to enhance the depleted Police Pension
Fund.
2. There is sufficient money on deposit to the credit of the General
Fund that can be temporarily transferred.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at
its regular meeting this 14th day of March, 1989.
