A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ALONG U. S. 35,
WAYNE TOWNSHIP, RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describe the property along the west side of U.S. 35, north of 70, as C-4 General Business District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-4 SU Special Use District classification in the General Business District; As shown in exhibit “A” attached
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the properties described below, is hereby changed to C-4 SU Special
Use District classification: See exhibit “B” attached
Passed and adopted this 19th day of June, 2000, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
