3. Election of Chairperson and Vice Chair
Vesta Shapiro was nominated Chairperson, Jon Flacke was nominated vice chair.
deVos moved, and Larson seconded the motion to approve the elect the Chair and
Vice-Chair. Motion carried: 10-0.
4. Approval of Agenda
Ball moved, and Vandernail seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 10-0.
5. Discussion of the Purpose and Role of the Public Arts Committee
How do the arts fit within our day to day operations?
South Entry Monument
South entry monument was removed due to highway improvement project,
should it be replaced and with what?
Bus Stops
As we invest in our public transit system, Fraser needs to complete
improvements at our bus stops. How might we incorporate the arts into this
program?
