1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
2. Approval of Agenda:
deVos moved, and Larson seconded the motion to approve the agenda with an
additional discussion regarding meeting decorum added to agenda. Motion carried: 7-
0.
Klancke and Vandernail arrived.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – July 22, 2016
Continued to September 16, 2016.
4. Discussion of the Purpose and Role of the Public Arts Committee:
The PAC discussed a variety of projects and asked staff to research how programs work
in other communities for discussion at the next meeting. Staff will also assemble a list of
public works projects.
5. Adjourn:
Klancke moved, and Madsen seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 10-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
