RESOLUTION NO. 2020-031
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2019-
2020 BUDGET AMENDMENT
Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a budget amendment to update the
necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY 2019-2020 that were not
originally planned;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing date for May 26, 2020, for the Budget Amendment.
On the 5t" day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-031, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2019-2020
BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Council person Olney.
Ayes: Havens, Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Walls
Nays: None
Absent: None
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-031, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2019-2020 BUDGET AMENDMENT to
be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 5t" day of May, 2020.
