MEETING: Public Arts Committee Regular Meeting
PLACE: Fraser Town Hall Board Room
PRESENT
Board: Ken Bell, Krista Klancke, Shelly Madsen, Kristi Martens, Vesta Shapiro,
Katrina Larson, Laura Veenstra, Francie De Vos, and Ernie Royball.
Staff: Town Manager Jeff Durbin; Public Works Director Allen Nordin; Street
Supervisor Dale Booth

1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
Chairperson Shapiro called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
2. Approval of Agenda:
De Vos moved, and Veenstra seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried: 8-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – September 16 and October 21, 2016
Chairperson suggested rescheduling the approval of the minutes onto next regular
meeting since they were not included in packet.
4. Discussion: The Committee received updates regarding 2017 Budget and Capital
Projects. At the meeting in January, the Committee expects to develop an annual
workplan and review a bus stop design competition proposal.

De Vos moved, and Klancke seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 9-0.
