IIIA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Common Council of
the City of Greencastle,
by and through its
Clerk-Treasurer, has caused a Notice To
Taxpayers of Additional Appropriations containing notice of a
public hearing to be held
at a regular meeting of the Common
Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, which notice was
duly published in the Greencastle Banner-Gra
9, 1989 hic on September
and on September 16, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council
having conducted its hearing
at a regular meeting as set forth in said Notice held on the
19th day of September,
1989, at 7:30 p.m, at the City Hall,
Greencastle, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of
the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, has determined
at said public hearing that an
extraordinary emergency exists and that there
is an immediate
need to appropriate additional funds to the General Fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Indiana, as follows:
1. That the following additional appropriations are
proposed:
GENERAL FUND:
Police Department
4. Capital Outlays $16,000.00
Clerk-Treasurer
4. Capital Outlays $15,000.00
Board of Works
3. Other Services and
Charges $11,000.00
2. That the Clerk-Treasurer file a certified copy of
this Resolution with the Putnam County Auditor.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
111 Greencastle at a regular meeting this 19th day of September,
1989.
