Eric Vandernail, Laura Veenstra, Shelly Madsen
Staff: Town Manager Jeff Durbin

1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
Eric Vandernail called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.
2. Approval of Agenda:
DeVos moved, and Ball seconded the motion to approve the Agenda. Motion carried:
8-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – January 20, 2017
Klancke moved, and Ball seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion
carried: 8-0.
4. Discussion
a) The PAC discussed the bus shelter design process and DeVos moved and Klancke
seconded the motion to have staff work on a Request for Qualifications for shelter
installation projects. Motion carried 8-0.
b) The PAC discussed 2017 marketing programs and DeVos moved and Veestra
seconded the motion to confirm PAC endorsement of the Quilt Trail. Motion carried 8-0.
The PAC also discussed creating a comprehensive list of artists for networking and
marketing purposes. Staff will draft a preliminary information request. Vandernail
moved, and Klancke seconded, this proposal.

6. Other Business:
Staff outlined two pending capital projects, the Eisenhower Waterline Project and a
blower replacement project at the wastewater treatment plant. DeVos moved, and
Vandernail seconded the motion to confirm that no consultation is required for these
projects since they are underground and enclosed within the plant. Motion carried 8-0.
Roybal moved, and Klancke seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried:8 -0.
