A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY
TRANSFERS FROM THE GENERAL FUND
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-4, hereby authorizes the following
transfers from the General fund, said amounts to be repaid to
the General fund on or before December 31, 1989:
PARK FUND: $13,000.00
POOL FUND: $ 3,500.00
CEMETERY FUND: $20,000.00
SOUTHERN HIGHWAY FUND: $35,000.00
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
hereby finds:
1. The transfers are necessary to enhance the depleted
Funds.
2. There is sufficient money on deposit to the credit
of the General Fund that can be temporarily transferred.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle at its regular meeting this 14th day of November,
