A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FISCAL
eN PLAN FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, is considering the annexation of certain territory to
the City of Greencastle, Indiana, and;
WHEREAS, the area to be annexed is an 11.26 acre tract which
is legally described as follows:
Situate in the State of Indiana, County of Putnam
and being a part of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 14
North, Range 4 West of the Second Principal
Meridian, more particularly described to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the existing corporation
line of the city of Greencastle, Indiana, which
point is the Northwest corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 23,
Township 14 North, Range 4 West; thence Easterly
519.95 feet with said corporation line and the
North line of said Northeast quarter quarter;
thence leaving said corporation line South 00
degrees 53 minutes West 943.20 feet; thence North
89 degrees 21 minutes West 521.93 feet to the West
line of said Northeast quarter quarter and the
aforesaid corporation line; thence Northerly
940.49 feet with the West line of said Northeast
quarter quarter and said corporation line to the
point of beginning, containing 11.26 acres, more
or less.
WHEREAS, approximately 50% of this area's perimeter is
contiguous to the existing Greencastle boundary, and;
WHEREAS, in order to comply with I.C. 36-4-3-13 (c) (3) (d) ,
the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, is
required to adopt a written fiscal plan prior to the passage of
such annexation ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Indiana, that the written fiscal plan for
the are proposed to be annexed is as follows:

c. Street and Road Construction -- $ 0.00
d. Fire Hydrants -- $ 0.00
