A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF LOCAL
MATCH FUNDS FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
• II 87-015 TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT IDIP 88-018
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby
authorizes the transfer of Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty -
Nine and 92/100 Dollars ($3,439.92) from the recaptured funds of
CDBG II87-015 to the local match fund of CDBG IDIP88-018.
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby
finds:
1. The transfer is necessary to provide additional local
match funds to assist in payment of IDIP88-018 modification #2,
drainage improvements.
2. The drainage improvements included in modification #2 of
IDIP88-018 meet the guidelines as set forth in Title I of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended (42 USC
5301, et seq. ) (Federal Act) .
3. The transfer occurs within the Community Development Block
Grant Fund and does not require the expenditure of money from any
other fund.
• PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, this 31st day of July, 1990.
