AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 162 REGARDING NUISANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:
550.10 Public Nuisances Prohibited. It is hereby declared
to be a public nuisance to cause, deposit, permit, maintain,
or harbor any of the following:
SECTION II:
Words which are underlined are added.
SECTION III:
This Ordinance becomes effective upon its adoption and publica-
tion. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this
