A RESOLUTION by the City Council of the City of McCall
authorizing Mayor John J. Allen, Jr., to sign all applications,
grant agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to
wastewater facilities planning and construction grants.
WHEREAS, the City Council intends to develop a plan for
wastewater collection, treatment and disposal for the City of.
McCall; such plan being necessary to determine the needs of the
area for health safety and well-being of the people; and
WHEREAS, the plan is to be developed in accordance with the
requirements of Public Law 92-500 and 95-217, and will set forth
facilities required to be constructed to serve the needs of the
area; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the planning, design and construction of
the wastewater facilities are eligible for federal funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of McCall that Mayor John J. Allen, Jr., is duly authorized to
sign applications, grant agreements and amendments, and other
documents relating to wastewater facilities planning and
construction grants, including all understandings and assurances
required therein, and that Mayor Allen is further authorized to
provide such additional information as may be required.
