WHEREAS, the City of McCall, Idaho, is engaged in construction_
of a city park in the City of McCall, wherein funds were obtained
from the United States Government under the Land and Water
Conservation Act of 1965, and administered by the Idaho Department
of Parks and Recreation, and the Idaho Department of Parks and
Recreation has requested that the City of McCall re -dedicate the
premises involved in such project to perpetual recreation use.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
City of McCall, Idaho, as follows:
That in order to make such dedication as requested by the Idaho
Department of Parks and Recreation, the City of McCall, Idaho,
shall execute and record a quitclaim deed to itself for the real
property in McCall, Idaho, described on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, which deed shall
specifically provide as follows:
"This property has been dedicated solely to outdoor recreation
use in perpetuity under the Land Water Conservation Fund Act of
1965 and administered by the Idaho Department of Parks and
Recreation."
That the Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such deed for the purposes aforesaid.

a municipal corporation, party of the
first part, and said City of McCall, a municipal corporation of
the State of Idaho, P. O. Box 1065, McCall, Idaho 83638, the party
of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said party of the first part, having been duly
authorized by resolution of its Mayor and Council, for and in
consideration of receipt of funds under the Land and Water
Conservation Fund Act as administered by the Idaho State
Department of Parks and Recreation for the development of a city
park, has remised, released and forever quitclaimed and does by
these presentsremise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns, the premises
in McCall, Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof.
This property has been dedicated solely to outdoor
recreation use in perpetuity under the Land and
Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 as administered
by the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation.

together with the appurtenances, unto the party of the second
part, and to its successors and assigns forever.
