A RESOLUTION RELATED TO PLANNING AND ZONING; ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR APPLICATIONS FOR ACTION BY THE McCALL PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, THE McCALL AREA OF CITY IMPACT PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION AND THE McCALL CITY COUNCIL, UNDER TITLES III AND IIIA
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
5-90 ADOPTED MAY 3, 1990.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho, as folows:
section 1. That the following fees are hereby established for
applications made for action by the McCall Planning and Zoning
Commission, the McCall Area of City Impact Planning and Zoning
Commission and the McCall City Council, under the provisions of
Titles III and IIIA of the Villlage Code of McCall, Idaho:
