Bobbie Jockumsen. Election Judge from the Ilioction Office
presented the results from the Election to Canvas the votes.
Craig Rockwood is igayor and Susan Barnes anO Brad Andersen are
Council members. Dave motioned to accept the results and Dee
2nd. Ali were in favor.
Time was turned over to Dave Huntsman to conduct the Publ.:He
Hearing for the Special Use Permit of Loh Baldwin from Baldwin
Boys Auto Sales. Baldwin's .an to place a RV on thc lot of Main
and Owens for 6-2 months to use as ah office. Our Zoning
Ordinance prohibits trailor homes. ihe Special Use Permit
permits Baldwin's to place their trallor in the Commercial Zone

Glen Longhurst voiced his concerns about tratiors and old cars
parked in the right-of-way in our City. After much deliberation.
Dave brought the meeting baelk on track and the meeting closed at
7:55.
Special Council Meeting was open to approve the Baldwin Boys Auto
Sales and use uf a eamp trailer for 8 months. on July 1.

2nei. All were in. favor. Dave mentluned that the Bandwln Boys
were just seeing hew a busineess would go oh the corner Pefore

Purchasing a snowblower for the tractor was 6iscussed. The Post
Register was discussed again. Ross anh Dave had. driven down
Longhurst Lane and a salvage business ps Trailers c...Lc.
