RESOLUTION NO . 8-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, APPROVING, THE
PERSONNEL RULES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS , The Mayor and City Council of the City of McCall ,
Valley County, Idaho have duly considered the Personnel Rules
for the employees of the City of McCall , Idaho ; and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized by Section 50-302 , Idaho
Code, to make such regulations as is necessary to promote good
government.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 : That the Personnel Rules of the City of McCall ,
Idaho are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2 : This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
