A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
pursuant to I .C. 36-1-8-4, hereby authorizes the temporary transfer
of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ( $65, 000 . 00) from the General Fund
to the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, said amount to be repaid to the
General Fund on or before December 31, 1992 .
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana hereby
finds :
1 . The transfers are necessary to enhance the depleted Motor
Vehicle Highway Fund.
2 . There is sufficient money on deposit to the credit of the
General Fund that can be temporarily transferred.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle at its regular meeting this 12th day of May, 1992 .
