A RESOLUTION DECLARING OFFICIAL INTENT TO REIMBURSE EXPENDITURES
FOXRIDGE SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle intends to acquire, lease, construct or rehabilitate
the sewer system infrastructure in the Foxridge Area (Foxridge Sewer Improvement Project) ;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle reasonably expects to reimburse certain costs of
the Foxridge Sewer Improvement Project with proceeds of debt to be incurred by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle expects to issue debt not exceeding One Million
Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) in aggregate principal amount for purposes of
reimbursing costs of the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City intends that this Declaration of Official Intent to Reimburse
Expenditures constitute a declaration of official intent pursuant to Treas. Reg. § 1.103-18
(1992);
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle declares its official intent pursuant to Treas. Reg. § 1.103.18 (1992) to acquire,
construct or rehabilitate, and equip the Foxridge Sewer Improvement Project; to reimburse
certain costs of acquiring, constructing or rehabilitating and equipping the Project with the
proceeds of debt to be incurred by the City Of Greencastle; and to issue debt not exceeding
,•� One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) in aggregate principal amount for
purposes of paying or reimbursing costs of the Foxridge Sewer Improvement Project .
PASSED AND RESOLVED THIS 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1992.
