r^ A RESOLUTION PROVIDING THAT CITY EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE •
USE OF TIIE CITY POOL AS AN EMPLOYEE BENEFIT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the.City of Greencastle desires to provide a work
incentive and benefit to the City employees; and
WHEREAS, the City, through its Park Department, has available recreational facilities
including a swimming pool for public use; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to provide benefits to the City employees;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GREENCASTLE THAT:
1. All full-time City employees (including full-time Greencastle elected officials)
shall be entitled to free daily use of the pool located at Robe-Ann Park.
2. The employees' dependents living in his household or in his care shall be entitled
to the free daily use of the Greencastle pool facilities.
3. This Resolution shall become effective, retroactive to June 12, 1993, when the
Greencastle Board of Park Commissioners unanimously approved the request of Council to grant
this benefit.
4. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall assist the Park Director in determining eligibility
for such employee privilege.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 13th day of July, 1993, retroactive to consent of the Park Board on June
12, 1993.
