AMENDING ORDINANCE NOs, 06-59 AND 06-60 D SIGNATING CARAAS
REDEVELOPMENT ENTITY FOR THE "RALIRD" AND THE "WAGRA"
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Cart 'et has previously adopted
Ordinance Nos. 06-59 and 06-60 designating the Cmier t Redevelopment Agency
CCARA") as the Redevelopment Entity for the Rooseve t A venue Light Industrial
Redevelopment' District ("RALIRD") and the Washir gton Avenue Greyfields
Redevelopment Area ("W AGRA"), respectively; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous of amending the effecti e date of said ordinances
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor nd Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:

That the effectivc dates of Ordinan es Nos. 06-59 and 06-60
are hereby amended to coincide with the final execution of any
fOlmal Redevelopment Agrecme ts for the respective
Redevelopment Areas on behalf of the ayor and CounciL
All ordinances or parts thereofinconsi tent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limi ed to the extent of any
such inconsistency.
If any section, paragraph, sub-division clause or provision ofthis
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adj ¡dication shall
apply only to the section, paragraph, s b-division, clause or
provision so adjudged and the remaind r of this
ordinance shall be deemed valid and e fective.
This ordinance shall take effect upon i s passage and
publication according to applicable la .
