A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is necessary to
appropriate additional funds over what was appropriated in the
annual budget; and,
WHEREAS a public hearing pursuant to notice published July 2,
1993 in the Banner Graphic was held at 7 : 30 p.m. on July 13 , 1993 ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following
additional sum of money is hereby appropriated out of surplus
unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the
laws governing the same :
