A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development,
pursuant to I.C. 36-7-13-6(c), on November 18, 1993 approved the expenditure of up to Eleven
Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($11,000.00) from the Industrial Development Fund in payment
of the flashing light installation of the School Zone Light on Veterans Memorial Highway.
BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does approve payment of up to Eleven Thousand
and no/100 Dollars ($11,000.00) from the Industrial Development Fund for payment of the
flashing light installation of the School Zone Light on Veterans Memorial Highway.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 28th day of December, 1993.
