Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 523 enacting Section
3-1-2 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, the Mayor has appointed
six members to the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
McCall and has designated the initial term of office of each such
member so appointed; all of which shall become effective upon the pub-
lication of said Ordinance No. 523.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the
City of McCall, Idaho, that the appointment by the Mayor of the fol-
lowing persons to the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission for the
term set forth opposite their respective names, is hereby approved,
confirmed and ratified as follows:
APPOINTEE EXPIRATION OF TERM
Lewis McFadden June 30, 1990
James Staup June 30, 1990
Rita Lyon June 30, 1992
Gary Ertter June 30, 1992
Robert Scoles June 30, 1994
Larry Lovitt June 30, 1994

RESOLUTION NO. 2-88
