I CERTIFY that I am authorized to make the following representations on behalf of the Company and that I have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the Company. The lessee whose signature appears on the reverse has rented a Safe Deposit Box in the vault of the branch of the IDAHO FIRST NATIONAL BANK.The box number and annual rental fee appear below.By signing this Contract on the reverse,the lessee agrees to the rules and regulations of the Bank as follows: 1. The word"lessee"and the language of these rules and regulations will be considered as plural when there is more than one lessee.This Contract will be equally binding on all lessees. 2. The lessee may appoint a deputy or deputies who may have access to or surrender the Safe Deposit Box.In the case of multiple lessees,the number of signatures designated above will be required to appoint deputies or to cancel deputy appointments;a deputy may not act as a signer in the appointment of deputies or in the cancellation of deputy appointments.If only one signer is designated above,any one of the lessees may appoint deputies.Upon the death of any lessee,the deputy(ies)right to access is immediately revoked. 4. Each lessee has been furnished duplicate keys to the Safe Deposit Box.The Bank will hold no duplicate key to the box during its lease,and the box will be opened and closed by a lessee or deputy under the supervision of an authorized employee of the Bank who will use reasonable caution to see that the lessee or deputy opens only his/her own box.The Bank's liability is limited to the exercise of ordinary care to prevent the opening of the safe by any unauthorized persons. 5. The Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage to the contents of the safe caused by burglary,theft,fire,or misplacement of papers or securities.The Bank's liability for loss from any other cause will not exceed$500 and will be limited to loss caused by the Bank's negligence or improper actions. 6. The lessee assumes ail risk in connection with the use and contents of the box and shall not assign or sublet the box or any part thereof.Use of the box shall be limited to the deposit of valuables and no illegal articles or substances shall be placed in the box. 7. Only a lessee or a deputy designated in writing by the lessee shall have access to the Safe Deposit Box,except as otherwise stated in this Contract.In case of death,insolvency,or other legal disability of a lessee,the Bank reserves the right to investigate the validity of any legal representatives of the lessee who may seek access to the box.The Bank may,without notice to the lessee,comply with any writ of garnishment,attachment or other court order.The Bank will also honor any writ,decree or process of court of law forbidding the opening of the Safe Deposit Box to anyone,including the lessee. 8. A surviving lessee will notify the Bank in writing of the death of any other lessee or deputy before seeking access to the box after that person's death. 9. Alter the lessee's death or legal disability but before receiving written notice to that effect,the Bank shall not be liable for permitting a deputy of the lessee to have access to the box and remove the contents. 10. II the lessee loses a key or keys,he must pay at once any expense incurred for new keys or for opening and repairing the safe.The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature arising from any loss,injury,damage,liability,claim or suit relating to the use or contents of the box. 11. All rents are payable in advance.If the rent is past due,the Bank shall have the right to refuse access to the box until the rent is paid in full.If rent is past due for a period of sixty days,the Bank is authorized to open the box at the expense of the lessee and to sell,at public or private sale,any part or all of the contents for rental and forcible entry charges.The Bank may store and hold the contents of the box subject to payment of rental and other charges.All liability of the Bank in relation to the contents of the box shall cease absolutely upon the opening of the box under such circumstances. 12. The Bank reserves the right to cancel this lease at any time by refunding the proportionate amount of rent which may have been paid in advance.Five days after mailing a written notice to the lessee's last address on the Bank's records,the Bank may cancel the lease.If the lessee does not remove the contents of the box and surrender the keys within five days after the mailing of the notice of cancellation, the Bank may open the box at the lessee's expense and hold the contents without liability according to the provisions of paragraph number 11. 13. The Bank shall set the hours during which access to the Safe Deposit Box may be allowed:The vault containing the box may be closed on holidays,and weekends or any other occasion which the Bank considers prudent and proper. 14.
