WHEREAS the ed.ina 7illage Council has been reauested to approve
the sale of certain tax -forfeit lots which. singly are nonbuilda,ble
because they lack spL_ce required by the Village Zoning Code; and
HEREAS requests have come from adjoining property owners who could
make adequate use of the lots;
NOly, THERE 'FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the _:.edina Village Council does
authorize Hennepin County to auction the following tax -forfeit lots

Lot 11, Block 9
Lots 8 and 10, Block 10
'.ots 3, + and 5, Block 19
