AMENDING Ai'iD SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 160 EN TIT ED LAND
DEVELOPMENT
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret as D llows'
"School(s) for Academic Instnlction Approved b the New
Jersey State Board of Educatioo, on land owned or to be
acquired by the Carteret Board of Education."
Section 1.
Section 160-128 is hereby amended and supplemented to
subsection 160-128(A) (3) to read as follows:
Section 2.
All ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent wit the provislOn of
this ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the xtent of any such
Inconsistencies.
Section 3.
If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this rdinance shall be
declared Invalid by judgment of any Court of compete t jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, palt, clause or phrase shall be deem d to be severable
from the remainder of tiils ordinance.
Sectiun 4.
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publi alion according to
applicable law.
