WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8-87 was adopted and approved by
the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, on the 23rd
day of July, 1987;
WHEREAS, the lease contemplated by said resolution No.
8-87 was never entered into between the parties and that a lease
for the purposes contemplated therein is in the best interests
of the City of McCall and Valley County, Idaho;
WHEREAS, findings (a) through (e) , inclusive, appearing
in said resolution No. 8-87 are hereby approved and confirmed
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth at length herein;
WHEREAS, a lease, in the form and content of Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by attachment is a just
and equitable lease of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of
the City of McCall, Idaho :
Section 1. That the proposed lease by and between the
City of McCall, Idaho, and Valley County, Idaho, a copy of which
is hereunto annexed and incorporated by reference, be and the
same is hereby approved both as to form and content.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby respectively authorized to execute and attest to
said proposed lease upon behalf of the City of McCall.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
Adopted and approved this 10th day of December, 1987.
