A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION GRANT LOCAL MATCH FUND
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development
Administration has completed the audit of the 1988 EDA Grant, and
WHEREAS, all expenditures for which the EDA Grant Fund was established have
been completed with a balance of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars and
Seventy-Six Cents ($13,440.76) plus any interest earned on account in the month of
December, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at the regular meeting
of March 10, 1987 did by resolution grant to the Industrial Development Fund the amount
of Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars to be used as local match for the EDA
Grant, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that:
1. The EDA Grant Local Match Fund be dissolved and any remaining funds be
transferred hack to the Industrial Development Fund of the City of Greencastle.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle this
28th day of December, 1993.
