A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
(Funding Main Street Greencastle)
WHEREAS, the Main Street Greencastle has requested annual matching funding of
$5,400.00 for the 1994 year from the interest earned on the Industrial Development Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Main Street, Inc. continues to play a play a role in the maintenance and
development of downtown Greencastle and maintains an ongoing program to retain and assist
local commerce; and
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development,
Il must also authorize such expenditure of funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Greencastle Common Council
II approve the expenditure of up to $5,400.00 per annum for the 1994 year in matching funds from
interest from the Industrial Development fund monies.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
