RESOLUTION NO. 1994-7
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
(Funding the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center)
WHEREAS, the Greencastle/Putnam Jounty Development Center, Inc. has requested
annual matching funding of $ to co for the 1994 year from the interest earned on
the Industrial Development Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center, Inc. continues to play
a key role in attracting new business and industry, and working to retain and help grow existing
business and industry; and
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Debelopment,
pursuant tol.C. 36-7-13-6(c), on December 9. 1993 approved the expenditure of Industiral
Development Funds for the support of the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVF,1�, that the Greencastle Common Council
approve the expenditure of up to $ 2�' Loy v �''`` per annum for the 1994 year in matching
funds from interest from the Industrial Development fund monies.
